There are many studies which indicate that the fact which matters the most is the calorie content and not the proportion of macro-nutrients that determine weight loss success! So please, stop wasting time to count your macros (proteins, fats and carbs) and instead check how much calories you actually need in a day and eat a bit less in order to lose weight.
