Nutrition Packages

As I mentioned before, I have been working on a project. Now it is finished so I can reveal what I have been up to.. I have planned and designed my very own Nutrition Packages: Healthy Eating Basic and Healthy Eating Individual. These packages are designed for permanent weight loss and adapting healthy life style habits. I am so proud of these packages because it required a lot of time to plan these. Without further ado, here they are:

Heatlhy Eating Basic includes:

  • 25 health tips for permanent weight loss
  • healthy diet for 6 weeks and without calorie counting
  • 24 healthy and tasteful recipes
  • healthy meal plan rich in nutrients
  • tips for how to get rid of sugar
  • full-body bodyweight workout without any equipments
  • my support through email
  • duration 6 to 8 weeks
You can continue this healthy diet as long as you want as this diet is for life and aims for permanent health and weight loss!
In this diet you don't count calories or need to weigh your food instead you will learn how to make healthier food choices and learn plan your daily meals by choosing healthy food. You will focus on eating regularly and fueling your body with nutrient dense food. Learning how to eat regularly will boost your metabolism and you will feel energetic.
